In order to build a business environment under the rule of law in the free trade zone, promote in-depth cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, further implement the requirements of the "China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone Overall Plan" on the "development of international arbitration and commercial mediation mechanisms", and deepen diversified dispute resolution mechanisms Reform, the South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Commercial Mediation Alliance and the Hong Kong Joint Mediation Hotline Office are scheduled to jointly host the first Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Commercial Mediation Forum "Cross-border Commercial Mediation and Free Trade" in the afternoon of June 29, 2015 in Shenzhen. "District Rule of Law and Environment" Seminar (see the attachment for the agenda of the meeting). The courts in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, representatives of judicial administrative agencies, and mediation experts from 14 mediation agencies will respectively deliver keynote speeches to share the latest developments in judicial reform, mediation practical experience and conduct professional discussions.

Representatives invited to attend this event mainly include: the person in charge of the reform of the Supreme People’s Court, the Justice of the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal (or the Secretary of Justice), the judge of the Macau Court of Final Appeal, the leaders of the Shenzhen Municipal Government and the heads of relevant departments, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau There are about 150 persons in charge of the mediation agency, corporate legal affairs in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.

We sincerely invite you to attend this event and make a closing speech to have in-depth exchanges with the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao legal and business circles on the subject of cross-border commercial mediation and the free trade zone rule of law environment.
