The Shenzhen Securities and Futures Industry Dispute Mediation Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Mediation Center") is the first dispute resolution institution in the mainland Chinese capital market that closely integrates mediation and arbitration functions. It is jointly promoted by the Shenzhen Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration. , Jointly established by Shenzhen International Arbitration Court, Shenzhen Securities Association, Shenzhen Futures Trade Association and Shenzhen Investment Funds Association, is a public welfare institution legal person approved and registered by the Shenzhen Municipal Institution Registration Bureau.
The Mediation Center accepts the business guidance of the Shenzhen Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
