Model Clause

Model dispute resolution clause
Any dispute arising from or related to this contract shall be submitted to the Guangdong,Hong Kong & Macao Arbitration & Mediation Alliance, which is jointly selected by the parties in the member institutions of the alliance, or by the alliance secretariat when the parties do not choose. An appropriately designated one of the member institutions of the alliance conducts mediation.
If the parties are unwilling to mediate or the mediation fails, they shall be submitted to the South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration.
Note: The parties can add the above dispute resolution clauses to the signed commercial contract or reach the above supplementary agreement after the commercial dispute occurs.
