Procedures of mediation case

In case of any commercial dispute, the parties concerned apply forthe mediation to GHMMA Secretariat.
GHMMA Secretariat asks the parties concerned for the opinion of mediation.

GHMMA Secretariat informs the applicant of terminating the mediation.
The parties concerned select a mediation agency.
If the parties concerned fail to select a mediation agency, GHMMA Secretariat appoints a mediation agency in accordance with the nature of mediation case.

Mediate the dispute in accordance with the medication procedure of the determined mediation agency.

Upon the completion of mediation, the mediation agency shall submit the result of mediation to GHMMA Secretariat.

If a reconciliation agreement is reached, the parties concerned may apply to SCIA for arbitration awards in accordance with the contents of reconciliation agreement.
